Kristine Kelly is the Literacy Coordinator for ATLAS. She coordinates professional development and coaching activities around effective adult literacy instruction, including evidence-based reading and writing instruction. She has worked extensively in the areas of pre-GED and GED, diploma, and postsecondary transitions and serves as a subject-area expert for the MN Standard Adult Diploma and for several ABE state systems and organizations.
